Punorama
Terms of Use

These terms apply to Punorama, a game made by Gökhan Akça, trading as DokuzDoksan Design, Istanbul, Türkiye ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing Punorama, you agree to them.
If you downloaded Punorama from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and these terms add to it.
1. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Punorama on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
2. Purchases
- Full game: a one-time purchase that unlocks the whole game. You can restore it on other devices signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account.
- Hint packs: add hints to your balance. They are used up as you spend them and cannot be restored once used.
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and their refund policies apply. Prices may vary by country and may change over time.
3. Hint videos
You can watch an optional video to earn a hint. The hint is added once the video finishes. The number of videos available each day is limited, and videos may not always be available.
4. Content and trademarks
The artwork, puzzles, text and design of Punorama belong to us. Film titles are referred to as trivia only. Punorama is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any film studio, distributor, or any person connected with the films. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
5. Fair play
Please don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, use bugs or tools to obtain purchases or hints you haven't earned, or interfere with how ads work.
6. Your game data
Your progress is stored only on your device. If you delete the app or change devices, your progress cannot be recovered. Your purchases of the full game can be restored.
7. Disclaimer and liability
Punorama is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.
8. Changes and ending these terms
We may update these terms; when we do, we change the date at the top of this page. You can stop using Punorama at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access if you break these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
