How do I play?
Each stage is a huge panoramic scene. Pan and zoom to explore it. Somewhere in the scene are objects whose names spell out film titles as picture puns. When you spot one, press and hold on it, then name the film.
I'm stuck. How do I get a hint?
Open the hint screen. You can watch a short video to earn a hint, up to three times a day, or buy a hint pack.
The hint video won't load.
Videos need an internet connection. If you've already watched three today, more will be available tomorrow. Sometimes no video is available in your region at that moment; try again later.
How do I restore my purchases?
In the app, open Settings and tap Restore purchase while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy. The full game unlock will come back. Hints you have already used can't be restored.
Will I lose my progress if I delete the app or change phones?
Yes. Your progress is stored only on your device, so it can't be moved or recovered. Your full game purchase can always be restored.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, you can change your consent choices from Settings > Privacy choices in the app. On iOS, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android, look for Ads in your device's Google or Privacy settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. For the App Store, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, open your order history in the Play Store app or at play.google.com.
Is Punorama connected to any film studio?
No. Film titles are used as trivia only. Punorama is an independent game by DokuzDoksan Design.
