Privacy Policy

Punorama is a puzzle game made by Gökhan Akça, trading as DokuzDoksan Design, Istanbul, Türkiye ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles, why, and the choices you have.

The short version

• There is no account and no sign-up. We never ask for your name, email address or any other personal details.
• Your game progress and settings stay on your device.
• Ads appear only when you choose to watch a video for a hint. Google's ad software starts working only at that moment.
• Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. We use RevenueCat to check what you have bought, under an anonymous ID.
• We do not use analytics or crash-reporting tools, and we do not sell your data.

1. Information stored on your device

Punorama saves the following on your device so you can pick up where you left off:

• game progress: solved and found clues, score, attempts, and your hint balance;
• how many hint videos you have watched today;
• whether you have unlocked the full game, and which purchases the app has already processed;
• whether you have seen the introduction and tutorial;
• your settings: sound, vibration, reduce motion and language.

This information is not sent to us. It is deleted when you delete the app, and we cannot recover it for you.

2. Purchases

Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own privacy policies. We never receive your card or payment details.

We use RevenueCat, Inc. to confirm and restore your purchases. RevenueCat assigns your installation a random, anonymous ID and receives:

• your purchase history: which product was bought, price, currency, date, and the store's transaction IDs;
• app and device information: app version, operating system, device model, and country or store region;
• your IP address.

We use this only to deliver and restore your purchases and to prevent fraud. You can read RevenueCat's privacy policy at www.revenuecat.com/privacy.

3. Advertising

Punorama shows rewarded videos from Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC. A video plays only when you tap the button to watch one for a hint, and watching is always optional.

When you request a video, Google's Mobile Ads SDK may collect:

• your device's advertising ID (on iOS, the IDFA, only if you allow tracking; on Android, the Android Advertising ID);
• your IP address, and an approximate location derived from it;
• device and app information, such as model, operating system and app version;
• how you interact with the ad, and ad performance and diagnostic data.

Google uses this to show the ad, measure it, prevent fraud and, only if you allow it, personalise the ads you see. You can learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Your choices:

• European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: before your first video, the app shows a consent form from Google. You can change your choices at any time from Settings > Privacy choices in the app.
• iOS: the app asks whether it may track you before your first video. If you decline, your IDFA is not shared, and you will still get videos, but they may be less relevant. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's settings, under Google > Ads or Privacy > Ads, depending on your device.

4. What we don't do

Punorama does not use analytics or crash-reporting tools. It does not ask for access to your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone. We do not sell or share your personal information for money.

Apple and Google may show us aggregated statistics about the app, such as download counts, and crash reports if you have chosen to share them with developers. These do not identify you to us.

5. When you contact us

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and we keep the correspondence only as long as needed to resolve your request.

6. Children

Punorama is designed for adults and is not directed at children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Legal bases and your rights

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR or Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) apply, we rely on:

• performance of a contract, to deliver and restore your purchases;
• your consent, for personalised ads and tracking;
• our legitimate interests, to prevent fraud and to show non-personalised ads that keep hints free.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal data, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also complain to your local data protection authority; in Türkiye, this is the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

Because we do not hold data that identifies you, most requests relate to information held by Google or RevenueCat. Email us and we will help you with your request.

8. International transfers

Google and RevenueCat may process data in the United States and other countries. They protect it with safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. How long data is kept

Data on your device is kept until you delete the app. RevenueCat and Google keep data for as long as their own policies describe, linked above.

10. This website

punorama.app does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as IP addresses in order to deliver and protect the site.

11. Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the app.
